“Commit your way to the LORD, Trust in also in Him, and He will….bring forth… your judgment as the noonday.” – Ps 37: 5-6
In today competitive commercial environment, one wrong commercial judgment could lead to huge losses in time and resources. As God’s people we need to a good steward of His resources that include our talent, time and treasure. One of the most important way to make sure you have a good commercial judgment to make the right decision for your business is to commit yourself totally to the LORD. The scripture above promised you that your judgment will be crystal clear when you commit and trust in the LORD.
Commit your way to the LORD is like having a God Positioning System built into your soul. Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “this is the way; walk in it”. (Isa 30:21) Your spiritual ears will be in tuned with His voice when our thought is aligned with His thought, our way with His way. “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” (Pr 3:5-6)
Judgment as noonday is judgment without any shadow of doubt. When the sun is at the top of your head, you will not find any shadow of any objects under it. “But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn that shines brighter and brighter until the full day.” (Pr 4:18) Let us make our full commitment to the LORD and walk in the light. “But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.” (1Jn 1:7)
Let’s pray.
Lord, thank you for the wonderful consequences of making my full commitment in you. Help me to walk in the light till the perfect day. Amen.
